30/09/2011 We had a fantastic holiday in hotel Sonnblick in September 2011. We have visited the hotel already for many times. The people are really friendly, the food is excellent and the service is perfect. We can recommand this hotel to everybody, both in the winter and in the summer.

20/03/2011 This was our third visit to the family run Hotel Sonnblick as we couldn't risk anywhere else coming up to the standard of the hotel and the friendliness of everyone invoved. You will never receive a warmer welcome.
The food is superb with something for all tastes. The accomodation is spotless. We made use of the outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi which helped ease any aches and pains from a days skiing.
Kaprun itself is a lovely village and the skiing is varied with nearby Zell am Zee and the glacier close at hand.
Would thoroughly reccomend.

28/02/2011 As a family of four with adult children, we spent an excellent week at the Sonnblick; from the personal welcome we received when we first arrived including a tour of the hotel facilities, through the comprehensive buffet breakfast, the indulgent afternoon teas to the 5 course dinners, everything was of superb quality. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and were glad of the underground car park for our car. We skied at the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, at Zell am See and at Saalbach & Hinterglemm and had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

01/03/2011 Our group comprised two families travelling together with teenagers aged 13-18. We booked late and chose the Sonnblick for its extra facilities although it was more expensive than our usual budget. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we made use of all the extras pc/dvd/cd, outdoor heated pool, spa, games room. Guests benefit from the personal service, friendliness and attention to detail of the staff and family team. It is hard to find a criticism, just a great holiday experience.
The skiing, town and surrounds have plenty to offer and we would hope to return again.

16/02/2011 a really beautiful area for nature lovers and especially skiing and snowboarding. Rustic hotel is very interesting and very close to the ski slopes. The hotel staff are very friendly and the service is impeccable. A great variety of foods. I'm sure I will return...
