We stayed here during the first 2 weeks of September 2007. The hotel has a fine location with a wonderful view of the bay and Little Bonaire. Rum Runners is recommendable! Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms - even though you have to get some bug spray because there are plenty of ants and mosquitoes. Welcome to the tropics. In September it's quiet in Bonaire and many restaurants are closed. Rent a car in the Netherlands because in this heat it's undoable to go to e.g. Kralendijk on foot.
