Very nice city with a lot of charm. We didn't know what to expect, but we like to return there sometime, to see more.
Phnom Penh was a complete surprise to us. It looked more like a big town than a capital. Tuol Sleng, The Killing Fields, Royal Palace were famous, but the city and its inhabitants were absolutely super!
