Reviews Aparthotel La Grande Residence At The Sutton Place*****

12/12/2010 I travel a lot and have to stay in quit a big amount of hotels.
Sutton Place Hotel is definetly one of those, to give you the feeling of "coming home" evrey night after work. Not only because of the superior apartments, the friendlyness of the whole staff is the point were you feel welcome every day.
I would highly recommend this hotel for Business Travelers as well as for people on holliday, because here are you the "little King" being proveided with an excellent service and an outstanding friendlyness of all staff personal.

25/06/2009 This is a lovely property in an excellent location. The staff were helpful and courteous, and the hotel has a boutique feeling to it. My only slight negatives were that the rooms are quite small and they don't offer "double" beds; only twins (or Kings of course)

We believe we received excellent value for the price we paid. We would definately stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

25/06/2009 The hotel was nice but certainly not deserving of a 5 star rating. The whirlpool in the health club was not working, the outdoor sun patio had no chairs or lounges to sit on, and housekeeping was a bit sloppy. The bathroom amenities were okay but nothing special and certainly not of the calibre one would expect for a 5 star rated hotel.

The room itself was nice, if somewhat small. All rooms are equipped for wi-fi. There are three networks available for guests. The hotel's network is $14.95/day, a second independent hotel network is $9.85/day and there is also a free network. In our room, the free network had the strongest signal!

Lastly, the heating/air conditioning unit in our room was extremely loud necessitating turning it off frequently.

25/06/2009 Excellent location with friendly and helpful staff. The lobby area is beautiful and the room was good and spacious. My only criticism is that the internet charges are excessive.
