Het appartement is mooi gelegen vlakbij Opatija. Mooi uitzicht. Het appartement is wel wat aan de kleine kant en het eigen balkon is minimaal met wat ongemakkelijke stoeltjes. Er is een zwembad met terras beschikbaar.
De ontvangst vonden wij wat koud en zakelijk en men verlangde dat het appartement meteen betaald werd, hetgeen wij als erg onpersoonlijk hebben ervaren. Daarna hebben we de eigenaar of wie dan ook niet meer gezien, ook niet bij vertrek.
