The staff are very pleasant and the breakfast was good. Otherwise this is not the place to stay unless you really have to. The rooms are cramped. The TV doesn't work and the staff tell you that there's nothing they can do, and they've been like that for ages. The place is pretty run down and shabby. The worst thing though are the water pipes that resemble a herd of horses stampeding through the hotel beginning at 5.30 a.m. I asked to change rooms for the following night and the staff immediately agreed and put me into the disabled accommodation. I pulled the bathroom light cord which turned out to be an ear-splitting alarm. Unfortunately for any disabled person the alarm does not sound in the reception area so no-one would come. That would be a serious risk.
