19/09/2012 I stay often in this hotel on business but have recently stayed with my familly.
the team is always very friendly and I love the children play area, reserved and safe for my children to play.
the bedrooms are very spacious, with my familly I stayed in a suite and had the double of the space and privacy with my husband for just a fair inacres on the rate.

03/01/2008 Between Christmas and New Year's Day we stayed (with our 2 boys of 8 and 11 years old) at this hotel, good hotel, good location, pretty rooms, very clean. Playstation on the room (extra costs) and downstairs in the lobby a play-room for the smaller children. The personnel was very friendly. Very extensive breakfast.

27/10/2007 Good hotel, about a 500 meters walk from the Big Ben, across the shore of the Thames. The nearest subway was also a 500 meters walk. We had a nice stay here. The rooms were big, clean and silent. Good breakfast buffet, but for the price-level you would expect better (so fresh fruit, a boiled egg, honey and not only French trainees, but also good English speaking personnel).

23/06/2006 Nice hotel, with views of Big Ben and Westminster Abby. Nice rooms, for invalides too. Staff is very kind and helpful
