27/02/2008 I am a travel agent myself and I spent my few days in London here. It is a superb hotel indeed on a perfect location but in a more expensive price range though!! But very recommendable!!

18/02/2007 We have been there twice in one month. First-class! We used to go for the Waldorf hotel but now that its part of the Hilton group its not as nice anymore. Hotel is in the town centre. Its a real 5 star hotel. Reception in rose lounge is wonderful. The turndown service is one of a kind and breakfast is great! The chef working at th is hotels restaurant used to be the chef of the French president! Tip: ask for a customer-card online so you get a discount on your room price. You get the room till 16.00 hrs and a surprise in your room as well as free drinks, so do it!
