31/05/2010 I moved here 2 months ago and when I was here almost 8 months ago I immediately felt in love with the city. It is both modern and historical. You can shop in the modern malls and you can visit historical events. Perfect place for a vacation. The inner city is like a hidden gem. It is not a wonder why the Shambles was chosen as the most picturesque street in the UK in 2009.

28/11/2007 I surprised my mother with all my relatives for her 75th birthday. Shopping for Christmas in York. We went there with 4 girls! York is great but the drive to it is long and grumpy drivers. It was exhausting but we loved it and so did my mother!
