The staff is very friendly, discreet and alert.
Overall very satisfied.
Some little recommandations:
- the temperature of the rooms and hallways should be checked. It was too warm.
- we had some difficulties to open the door of our room, it was stuck....

situated in the centre of Bergerac and just a short walk from the old town, this was an ideal hotel for us on a short visit. The staff were very friendly and efficient, as well as providing good information on what was around us. The room was a good size and clean, although the room soundproofing could do with improving....

We stayed in apartment Les Roses, it was extremely well equipped,it really felt like a home from home experience. We didn't have to worry about anything as there were so many thoughtful touches from basic condiments to some lovely unexpected surprises like a bottle of wine and fresh local bread.
The apartment was really clean and the beds were made up with beautiful bed linen. We also had use of a cot, which was also made up with bedding.
The grounds in which the house stands are immaculately kept ad have so much to keep little ones entertained, from swimming in the pool to paddling in the river.
There is also plenty to do in the surrounding area like horse riding, lots of historical sites and a small amusement/ water park, which our daug...
