Reviews Campsite Le Repos du Baladin***

12/09/2010 We stayed at this campsite for 4 nights. The location is very picturesque being high up in the Auvergne national park. The campsite is in a very good location as you can see the castle on top of the hill in Murol during the day and it is lit up at night. The sanitaries are very clean and hot water is always available. The atmosphere is nice because it is a family run campsite. The market at the medieval town of Besse is lovely with a vast selection of local produce and a very good sweet shop! If you are planning to stay in a tent you will need plenty of fleeces, long trousers, socks and a ARCTIC sleeping bag as it is at a hyperthermic level of coldness.
