08/05/2013 Very muddy on rainy day,lovely view over the lac and rolling hills, super market 8 km ,camp site shop had just enough goods, good fresh bread..pleasant staff , shower and wc only 2** .restaurant was ok nothing special. Dog friendly lots of walks from camp site

15/06/2009 Camping - Le Lac de Panthier.

This smallish, friendly, campsite has been a regular favourite of ours for many years, both for the annual holiday and as a half-way stop when heading south. We have enjoyed cycling by the Canal de Bourgogne and canoeing on the lake. There are many chateaux and varied attractions to visit, and the proximity of Beaune, Dijon and the Route des Vins, plus the beautiful rolling countryside make this an interesting location.
The chateau of Eguilly, with it's permanent exhibition of evocative paintings by Aujame, is a favourite of ours.
David and Pelagie Plet and Fabien have always given us a warm welcome and their enthusiasm, even when the weather is bad, is an example to us all!

11/09/2008 deadful sanitary conditions. Cleaned only once daily with only a mop no chemicals. We had a problem with mice in the childrens tent. Staff came and laid poison....... great with young kids around! The manager is the invisible man. He left problems to his 2 receptionist, who just shrugged when we told them about the mice.
Dodgy electrics.... kept tripping and you should see the mains box OH MY GOD! burning wires.

25/06/2008 Many different spots. Many trees. Reasonable sanitary. Super friendly staff who speak English well. Pool OK, not special.

29/06/2008 Last night we came back from this camping and we had a great holiday. It was nice and quiet and we did many things. We visited castles and Dijon (beautiful city), had nice swims in the pool. You can do your grocery shopping nearby and you don't need to travel very far to see beautiful things. The camping was fine, fine service and a decent restaurant with good pizzas. In the morning you could get fresh bread rolls. There was no children's entertainment because it was still the slow season but we certainly didn't miss it! My daughter had a good time. The sanitary was also fine (plenty of hot water).

02/09/2007 Very dirty sanitary facilities, that only got cleaned once a day. The entertainment was very bad. The information in the brochure didn't match the reality. The take-away food was very bad. The French fries were fried in old fat. The receptionist just smiled all the time, but weren't helpful. We asked them if they could check the phone number of another camping on their computer, but they pointed us to another computer, with internet on it (6 euros for 30 minutes). They didn't want to give another spot, if you asked for it. If you didn't like it, you were allowed to leave the camping. The money was already paid!

26/08/2007 We just returned from this camping, but I don't understand how they got those 4 stars. The sanitary facilities were bad, very dirty and they didn't clean it well. Our spot was at drain to the sewer, with a bad pum, so everything flooded and we had to stay in that stench for 2 weeks. You had to pay in advance and didn't get your money back, so people wouldn't go away earlier. The only good thing were the surroundings, very nice.

02/06/2008 Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE that this camping has 4 stars. There is view to no entertainment, the swimming pool is very very bad, the indoor pool contains too much chlorine and is much too cold for children and in the outdoor pool you will trip over the bottom. Apart from that the exits of 2 slides are right next to eachother so children will bump into eachother. Beds in the mobile homes were very bad, we placed a quilt on top of the matrass so we wouldn't feel it. We are definitely NEVER going back here!!!!!!!

02/09/2007 Very dirty sanitary facilities. The toilets stank and urine was lying on the floor. During the showering you were standing in the filth from your neighbour. The owner was very rude. Only money mattered to here. At arrival we had to pay in advance. The spot was a stinky mess (muddy). She wouldn't give us another spot. If we didn't like it, then we just had to go to another camping. She wouldn't give us the money back though. Children weren't allowed to enter the pool with a mini short. The receptionist didn't give any information about other campings. We only needed 1 phone number, but the receptionist showed us to another internet computer (6 euros for 30 minutes). The whole day cars were driving past your spot. There was absolutely no entertainment for the children. Children who had some fun at the pool were chased away. The restaurant was very bad too.
