I diddn't like that hotel. Checking in lasted 1.5 hours. A complete chaos. Very huge hotel, we had the last room in the hallway and that was quite a walk, especially after a day at the park. Very bad cleaning. The safe didn't work either. We asked the personnel to help, but they never came. The breakfast was a drama, up to the lobby there were queues and if was almost impossible to get outside, because the stairs to the breakfast room were full too. There was some kind of Disney congress, so there was only 1 breakfast room available for the "normal" people. We'll never go here again.

The negative reviews are undeserved. Every room had an airco. You could only use the mini bar with a credit card, because you paid everything in advance. Stinky hotel? The things you smelt were the carpets that made this hotel so cosy. NPBC was really a lovely hotel. It was maybe a bit too big, but the rooms, the service and the food were perfect, like it should be at Disney. This year we'll be going there for the 6th time!

It was really a magical experience that we won't forget again! Everything was good, qua parking, breakfast, checking in/out. The busses were great too. Very nice hotel, good location and very pro-children.
