We meant to stay here at New Year's Eve 2006. The hotel was hard to find. When we finally found it, there was no free parking spot. After a while we found the reception. The hotel consisted out of several buildings. They gave us a room number, the room was located in another building. We couldn't find it. When we finally found it we were standing in a room that was taken and was full with stuff of other people. Very embarrassing. We asked our money back (we also received it). They wanted to give us another room, but I didn't have much faith in it, because the receptionist was constantly telling people on the phone that it was fully booked. How come we could get another room then???
