We were travelling with our 12 year old daughter and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the "triple" room was. We had a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower, but the trade-off to the view was that we were on the street side of the hotel and traffic noise was somewhat loud early in the morning. If you're light sleepers I'd suggest trading the view for a room facing the quiet courtyard. The room was excellent value for the money. Breakfast was not included and cost an additional 10 E per person, but we found it very substantial for a continental b/f (lots of fruit and yoghurt on top of the usual breads and croissants -- also coffee refills which is very rare in Paris!).
