Quiet cheap, so don't expect too much luxury. Friendly personnel. A very small room, we didn't like it. We got a new and bigger room with separated beds and a big bathroom. Parking beneath the hotel for 10 euros/day was nice! On Friday and Saturday evening a lot of noise pollution from the street though.

The staff here are really friendly and they all speak English really well. The breakfast buffet is rally nice and the car park is really handy. They don't mind you leaving the car on site on the day you check out. This meant we could enjoy every second of our trip to Paris.

Lot of noise in the morning from kids. But considering the price we paid, well worth it.
