This is near an underground stop. There are shops and bars nearby.

The bathroom was a bit on the small side.

I spend one night in this hotel with my boyfriend and it's dirty, beds are reasonable but small, shower is very very small and everything gets wet after you take a shower, breakfast is very mediocre, no choice at all. Front desk can speak dutch as well, which can be handy. Not a place we're planning to go back to shortly. It's ok if you're passing through though.

Noisy, elevator smells, rooms are very small, made only to sleep in. Bathroom very small as well. Clean sheets and towels daily though. Parking is very expensive at 30 euros a night. We didn't do this because for 20 euros you could park near the Pherifrique for 3 days.
