We stayed here for a week. The staff here are really friendly. The hotel is really near a metro stop ( plenty of lines into town). The hotel has free room service. The double beds are about 1.30 wide and we thought that wasn't wide enough. There are lots of beds like that. I can recommend asking for two singles. Just push them together. The rooms are basic but they're clean. Tip: you can change the type of water you get from the shower by pressing the buttons on the shower head.

Close to the Gar-de-Lyon. I parked my car at this safe place for 5 days (only 92 euros). Small rooms, a large bed. A mediocre breakfast. But that's France.

We chose this hotel because of all the positive reviews on this site. We weren't disappointed! The location is excellent. It's central and the hotel is fairly quiet. There are some nice shops and restaurants (supermarket) nearby. The car park is under the Gare de Lyon (bottom of the street) is called Mediteranée. It's quite expensive. We parked our car here for 43 hours and it only cost us 56,30. Parking it here meant it was safe and dry. The staff in the hotel are really friendly and there's tiny balcony on the rooms round the front which was nice. The rooms and the bathrooms aren't new but they are really clean. The bed here was really comfortable. It wasn't too hard either. I've slept in worse beds for this price! Breakfast here is really extensive and it's really nice. Fresh croissants, rolls, jam, honey, cheese, cereal and Port Salut. They serve warm milk with the coffee and tea. Everything was really nice.
I can really recommend this hotel!
