We stayed here on a 4 day break in Paris. The hotel location was good; however, everything else about it was poor. We stayed in the hotels only disabled room. There were no disabled concessions whatsoever. There were no bathroom rails at the toilet or in the bathtub area. When water was run at the sink, the water poured out of the faulty plumbing under the sink basin. There was 1 elevator which could barely fit a wheelchair. At peak times, the wait to use the elevator could take up to 30 minutes until it was free for use. Everything about the professed 'grandeur' of this hotel was tired, run down, and worn out. The air conditioning was non existant. This was a huge problem in itself. This hotel is located right off of a main street. Since there was no air cond., opening the windows was necessary. The traffic noise and fumes from exhaust was horrific. All in all, this is a hotel that should be well-avoided.
