We were here in the middle of July. VERY, very busy. Also in Argeles itself. But what do you expect with 60 camp-site in the area. With 2 persons in a caravan was luxurious to us, but for a family I can imagine it is somewhat small. Tip: take a tent along for adolescents, where they can sleep in. Plenty of stands!!!! A shame that the entertainment programme was only in French, we were rapidly bored with it as a result. Pool was, in this time of the year, not an option, deck chairs on the other hand were always occupied. Staff wasvery pleasant and kind. TIP FOR FAST BOOKING
Give no money as a deposit, but the number to your VISACARD. Then you can throw your key in a yellow box beside the reception and depart starightaway. You do not have wait then, for them to come and check. (It can take a very long time in the high season for them to check your trailer and for you to get your deposit back.)

If you really like being amidst the French then you should go here.
Caravan stands are very large, child-friendly and have very little traffic.

Camp-site was, however, tidy and clean, trailer was a little wobbly, so that the complete trailer shook if you walked in it. At the reception the staff is pleasant and cooperative, also speak. Entertainment was boring and only in French, for children and young people there is nothing to do on the camp-site, no disco. pool without slide, however, it is clean. Argeles is splendid; beautiful nature and a wonderful beach is near, also a hypermarket. Therefore, it is a clean camp-site but very boring, you will have to give yourself a good time.
