Mèze is GREAT if you seek a picturesque seaside resort. Think Saint-tropez in the 1950s.

A very nice village not yet too touristy where you can still eat wonderfully for 10 euros and have a drink at an outdoor cafe for 5,50 euros for 2 people. To us this was a great French village where we certainly will be again next year.
