We stayed there the first week of september in a nice caravan. We liked it a lot. Night are cold, take a sleeping bag as well. Pizzas at the pizzeria across the street are awesome!

We spent two weeks on this camping, at first it looked a bit mediocre but we had 2 relaxed weeks there. There wasn't much to do for our teenage son, but there was another boy his age and they got along just fine. Nice to sit at the river, a lot of shade from the trees. At the mobil homes there werent any. When its real hot, you will burn away there. Relaxed mood on the camping and there is supervision. You are allowed to do a lot of things. The water in the pool is cold though! We missed a nice restaurant where you could get a cup of coffee or something nice. You could order some food there, but it was just plain nasty.

Price/quality is good, simple but relaxed, quiet and clean. Reception is friendly. We had a nice spot at the water. There is a lot of current, so the sound of the stream is very relaxing. Swimming pool and slide was ok but very cold water. For small children theres a playground as well. For teenagers not much to do. There is no shop with basic needs so you have to go to the superbusy warehouses. Canoeing is really nice. Argentat is a nice little town but for the rest not much to be seen there. We stayed there in august. Last nights were cold but during the day the temperature was pleasant.
