18/09/2012 From the moment we arrived (without a booking) the staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The location is beautiful, between a gorgeous lake and a quiet wood. The shower+toilet facilities were excellent and kept spotlessly clean. The restaurant provides great-tasting, healthy food at a very good price.

We travel every year to France to camp. This is the first time we went to Poinsouze and it is definitely our favourite camping site from now on.

09/08/2011 This site is run by some of the rudest people i have ever met. It was my misfortune to have ever crossed paths with them. We felt like we were trespassing while we were there

14/08/2007 A nice camping site. A beautiful caravan. Kind personnel. The owners might learn something from the personnel. You'll have to drive to the larger places of interest. This area was rather boring. The camping shop wasn't much. You'll have to make a reservation for the restaurant and for the takeaway.

15/07/2007 A neat and quiet camping site! Large spots and a well kept place. Young plantings. The caravans are located some place else. Not too far and not too close to the other campers. Good sanitary! There's a washing machine and a dryer (not free). They cleaned during the day and it's a clean place. There's a separate laundry for baby stuff. You can ask for it at the reception. There's an internet connection available. I used the network connection. A nice pool close to the castle. Not too close to the camping site. There's a small playground. A boring area. You can do your shopping in Creuse.

14/08/2006 Clean sanitary! Large spots. A boring area. A place suitable for people who enjoy peace and who like to read books. A small pool. It's a 25 minute drive to a lake. A well organized place.
