well located. closed amentieis. nice play area. close to shops and town centre only 10-15 min walk. very busy place. would suggest check in early in the day. do not leave it until evening.
We enjoyed staying at the camping for a pleasant week. It is ideally really situated to visit the WWII D-Day Beaches from. The stands are nice and spacious and the camping itself is maintained well.
A nice camping. The sanitary facilities are a bit too basic but very well cleaned though. The stands are spacious (also in the shade) and it is 15 mins to the centre of Bayeux. The supermarket is about 5 mins away and the place is child-friendly (there is a municipal pool next door), a (table) tennis court and an sheltered outdoor patio. It also very suitable to visit all the WW II musea from etc. In other words, in was a wonderful camping.
We came upon this place by chance, the reception was kind (despite the fact we hardly speak any French and the owner only speaks French…), it is indeed a neat, well-maintained camping! For a decent price.
What do you wear on the ski slopes?
