18/03/2013 We have stayed at Sequoia Parc 3 years running, this summer will be our 4th visit, and we go back year after year as we love it so much. The reception staff are super, friendly and helpful. The pitches are large and well maintained. The swimming pool is clean and, again, well kept with nice lifeguards. The extras of the farm, and lots of childrens sport and entertainment facilities makes for a peacefull time for parents as the young ones are entertained. Showers are kept spotless. I would highly recommend.

24/06/2008 Last year July we stayed here. Beautiful camping, nice pools. However, the weather was not so great so we didn't get to enjoy the pool as much. Not much sunshine and it was too chilly in the mornings and evenings to sit outside. We thought the restaurant was moderate. The mini disco for the kids was fun. The zoo is super, the aquarium was also worth it. All in all we would like to come back but then we would like to enjoy the sunshine.

16/06/2008 In June of this year we booked a caravan for 2 weeks. A beautifully landscaped camping which is indeed a bit remote so you do need your car.
The caravan was clean but unfortunately the ants bothered us. We reported this at the reception and the same day some sort of ant toxin was spread in the caravan; quick service, only a shame that they didn't take into account that a 1,5 year old boy was staying here as well.
The staff at the reception and bar is friendly. The pool is nice for the kids; the policy that bermudas are out of bounds due to hygienic reasons is beyond me. The food at the restaurant didn't impress me much; there was enough but there just was no balance in the food. The staff really tries but it's amateurish. The take away pizzas lack taste. Not recommendable.
The camping is clean. We had a nice holiday here.

14/06/2008 We booked a mobile home via the camping itself, we stayed there in the early season. Fine, spacious mobile home with 3 bedrooms. Very clean and quiet camping, big spots with a lot of privacy due to the abundance of green around. Big differences in the quality of the accommodations belonging to the several tour operators though. We were very pleased with the mobile home that belonged to the camping itself. Swimming pool was great (even at 19-20 degrees), nice for our toddlers as well. Relaxed spinning circles on a tire in the river, fine toddler pool. The watertemperature seemed a bit cold at first, but you got used to it really fast. Nice big playing ground on the camping. Fine and atmospheric restaurant. Many lovely beaches in the surroundings, for example on Ile d'Oleron and the peninsula Arvert (30 minute drive away). The cities La Rochelle, Rochefort, Cognac and Saintes are definitely worth it. The strongholdcity of Brouage can be easily reached by bike. Palmyre (zoo) is a nice trip as well. For many destinations you will need a car, but this was no problem for us in the early season. We are definitely going back here!

06/09/2007 We came back from our holiday today. We thought it was a good campsite. The pool water was very cold. Fortunately, there were no mosquitoes. It cooled off quickly at night, so we couldn't stay outside long anyway. We had 2 wonderful meals in the restauran

04/09/2007 We stayed here in early August and we were under the impression that it's a fine campsite. Disadvantage: they drive way too hard on the premises, both the staff and the holidaymakers. Another disadvantage is that you drive straight into a traffic jam as s

13/08/2007 We stayed here with friends and 5 kids, aged between 3 and 12, 2 years ago, and still talk about it often!! A very nice campsite with a big pool and much to do for children!! We certainly want to go back some time!! But it's become a lot more expensive!!

19/01/2008 Splendid camp-site, (too) much entertainment good shop where in fact, everything could be obtained, pleasant ladies at reception.
Swimming pool is very large but cold! Especially for young kids who we had to get out from there because they got blue lips. also little space to lie/sit.
Little nuisance from mosquitos, but we also escaped after one and a half weeks to the Mediterranean Sea because of the bad weather!
We found the surrounding area not as nice. Learned that we did not have to go to this region for splendid sand beaches. Large differences in ebb and rising tide and few sand beaches In the area, however, there was a sort of bay/pond with a small beach which was very suitable for small kids.
Sanitary facilities were very good and clean and the swallows did not hinder us. the buildings are sheltered off well.
Beautiful playground but a bit busy for the little ones.
Mostly English and Dutch visitors.

20/08/2007 Just got back from a 2-week stay at this campsite. Beautiful pool (but hurry if you want a reclining chair), fine restaurant (lovely pizzas) and children's activities deserve a 10+! Lots of nice sights in the area: Pamyre zoo is very beautiful, La Rochell

19/08/2007 We've been here a week and mostly used the pool. That was really great. But the race for the reclining chairs was horrible. The best thing to do is to bring your own, so that you can go down to the pool at noon and don't have to worry about this. Other th
