Simple clean hotel, breakfast is good for 2 stars. Room is tidy and clean, clean towels daily, train station is nearby, busstation is 30 minute walk (for the bus to Monaco, Eze, Cannes, etc.) Busticket is 1.30 euros, no matter the distance.

Messy hotel and garden. Rooms and hallways as well as stairway very sloppy. Breakfast is good. Distance to Vieux Ville and the sea is rather big. I wouldn't pick this hotel again if I was to go to Nice again.

Basic but clean. Bedroom bit small. Good breakfast and helpful staff. OK if you're after no frills economy.
