Ligging nabij het centrum van Trier, parkeren direct bij het appartement niet mogelijk. Appartement 3/3 is niet voorzien van een balkon, uitzicht grotendeels op blinde muren. Meubels zijn verouderd en badkamer absoluut niet meer van deze tijd.
