Wonderful hotel, nice that there are 3 pools for different target groups; for entertainment, for young kids and a quiet pool for older people who like some peace and quiet. The hotel is certainly not recommendable for bad walkers or people in a wheelchair. The roads to the higher located buildings are steep and there are too many steps. The beds are too hard in our opinion. Everything was super clean and the service was fine.
13-27 June 2008. We stayed at the Grand for the 4th time. Again it was super. No negative comments. The entertainment team was yet again great.

We've stayed here for a week. We are also enthusiastic, yet there are some minuses. The bar wasn't really cosy. Cocktails are moderate/bad and we are experts. Waiting for your order at the outdoor restaurant may take some time, the food is fine though (also the price). Room, restaurant, pools = perfect!
Entertainment team? Well, after 5 days hearing the same remarks of especially the Italian guy you've had enough. But don't let that stop you: "No stress"!
We just got back from our second stay at Grand Hotel. I'm as enthusiastic as I was last year. The warm welcome, the courteousness and the friendliness of the staff, the neatness of the entire residence, a superb entertainment team…all aspects that contribute to a super nice holiday! The entertainment team did a magnificent job this year! They are very enthusiastic and there's always something you like!

We stayed at Grand Hotel for 10 days during September. We had a great time. Good food, a lot to choose from. I liked the snack bar too. Especially Pita Gyros. Kind personnel. Especially Luca. We had a great time. Definitely worth four stars in my opinion.
Kind personnel, except that George guy. Funny shows. Good entertainment, little variation though. Lovely rooms, the air conditioning turns off when the slide door is opened. I wouldn't go to Chersonissos, a smelly crowded city.
We stayed at room 921. A brand new and large room. A well kept place. 0,5 litre wine: 11 euros. Beer: 3,50 euros. Too expensive. The barbecue party was expensive too. I can recommend eating at a restaurant with the same wine for 5,50 euros. A Grecian atmosphere. I liked Hellas. Grecian night on Mondays and Fridays. A lovely beach. Two reclining chairs: 3,50 euros. We didn't like Chersonissos. No Grecian atmosphere. You can visit some places by bus. Towels: 30 euros for two weeks. A luxurious hotel with kind personnel. Reasonable prices. I can recommend it.
