Very nice hotel. Excellent food. Kind personnel. Close to the clubs and sea (~150m).

We stayed here from 5-12 June 2008. Fine hotel, great service, excellent location for the beach (100m) and at a few minutes walking distance from the boulevard and the centre and no trouble from party noise. Buffet meals are more than sufficient and offer plenty of variation. The food is tasty and of fine quality. Incredible that some reviewers have such negative comments. Housekeeping in the rooms is fine every day as is the daily change of towels. Staff is friendly and helpful. We initially booked half board but they offered us all-inclusive for just 10 Euros/person/day (we accepted that offer). At the restaurant the hard working and friendly waitress Anna saw to it that during meals you had plenty of coffee, wine and other drinks.
Certainly worth another visit. The Aegon restaurant at the boulevard is recommendable. Excellent food against a fair price. Nikos will welcome you enthusiastically.

I've already stayed here twice. The first time was perfect but since then they built an annex and the restaurant cannot cope with the masses. The service at the table was poor. The food wasn't varied. We had to make a choice beforehand but everything was in English or Greek. Once you had made your choice you couldn't change it anymore. My wife had made a bad choice and when she got the food she immediately indicated she couldn't eat it (due to health problems she cannot eat everything) and that she would like to have a piece of bread if they didn't have anything else. The food was just tossed into the waste bin without having been touched. The waiter stood there and said they didn't have anything else, not even a piece of bread. For that kind of money you can have all-in with 5* in Tenerife or Turkey with so much more variation, such as scampis, sole or steak.
THAT'S WHY WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Period 17/05 till 23/05. For me this hotel is SUPERB. Location is excellent, only 50 meters away from the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful indeed. We booked half-pension but when we arrived at the hotel they suggested us to take all-in. It only cost us 40 euros a week extra per person, which we ofcourse did. Rooms are very tidy, a lot of variation in the food, but sometimes a bit lukewarm. Recommendable is the barbeque on Thursday evening. We paid 14 euros per person, but seeing that we had all-in, the drinks were all free. I recommend the barbeque to everyone, it's really worth it to witness it at least once. In short, a FINE hotel, and we are definitely going back here.

A superb last minute holiday. The swimming pools at the hotel aren't child friendly, hence we give a 3 for child friendliness. But for the rest it's fine!

I've been here 1 week, and I was most satisfied with this hotel. Overall impression is good, everything looks nice and tidy. Location is perfect as well. Chersonissos is noisy day and night, but you won't be bothered by it at the hotel. Close the shutters and turn the airco on (free) and you will sleep like a baby. You will be close to the beach and there are supermarkets everywhere. Service is really great. Very friendly staff that help you in any way possible. The food is not as good though. It could've been more varied. There are few greek dishes, the taste is good though. The rooms are the best thing of this hotel, really super clean, get cleaned daily, including your bed, towels, bathroom and clean glasses. Airco works fine and there's a refridgerator and a small tv present. Tap water is pretty gross, a lot of chalk, buy bottled water!! For the rest we had a lovely holiday.

We stayed at Palace for a week in August. We booked half board. A clean and neat hotel. Good breakfast. Warmish dinner. A lot to choose from. Kind waiters. If you make a joke they'll be your best friend for the rest of your stay. No entertainment for older people during the evening. Not a place suitable for kids. No baby pool or playground. The left a note in our apartment. We had to come to the reception. We thought something bad happened, but they tried to fob us off with an all-inclusive.

I can't recommend the Park. Not worth 1 star! I don't understand how this hotel got 4 stars.

A nice hotel. Good food. Kind personnel. Close to the clubs. A poor view. I like a view of the sea, but with all these buildings around you that's not an option. The personnel was very helpful. Keep it up!
