Beautiful hotel, just many steps and that's very tiring if the temperature rises above 30 degrees.
The food isn't varied and sometimes even cold. After a few days you've had enough. Mattresses and towels had to be paid. There were plenty of sun beds though. The beach was disappointing and we had to climb onto a wall to get the sea view we had paid for.
We just got back from our holiday.
Spending the first half of June at a hotel filled with Eastern Europeans is not that cosy, the second half of June there were more Dutch and Belgians. The food is adjusted to the guests so if there are many Eastern Europeans the food is different. There wasn't much Greek food.
The paddling pool was just great and the Royal also provided entertainment.
It's surely not a bad hotel, but the all in formula we didn't like so much. The softdrinks were too sweet, the water was flat and foamy and tasted a bit like chlorine. Wine and orange juice were just plain bad. It's a childfriendly hotel for sure but it could improve on some points, like a microwave so parents can warm the bottles for the children the way they prefer it. More highchairs in the restaurant would be nice as well. The buffet looks extensive at first sight but you'll have seen it after a couple of days. For the parent with young children; there is a greek version of the Carrefour (Select), just next to the main entrance of the complex. The barbeque was nice (16 euros per person) but not worth the money. The greek buffet, some days later, was much better. Go to the village of Koutouloufare in the evening, very atmosperhic. Have a nice holiday!
A nice hotel, good food, clean rooms, 7 pools, kind personnel, great entertainment.
We stayed at Imperial Belvedere and we had a great time. We stayed at this place for 15 days. Our kids had a great time too. A lovely entertainment team. We'll be back for sure. A nice all-inclusive formula. A place suitable for kids. Kind personnel.
We stayed at this hotel and we had a great time. A good hotel. We didn't like Chersonissos. Piscopianos was nice. I can recommend going to Turkey if you want some luxury.
