30/08/2010 This was our second visit, this time for 2 weeks. It was even better than last year. Always making small improvements that make a big difference. Staff efficient and very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Location perfect for relaxation. We travelled to Chania airport this trip and found the transfer much better! Guests all nationalities, but all catered for and friendly atmosphere throughout. Superb cleanliness and service. We look forward to our next holiday at the hotel.

18/05/2008 I just booked again, for the 6th time! Now I have to wait if they have some space left…I sure hope so. Vritomartis always makes me feel welcome. Especially if you're travelling on your own this is important! The ambiance is very pleasant and familiar. I've never seen such fresh white towels. Really nice. Vritomartis is super!

18/05/2008 We just got home. We stayed at Vritomartis for 1 week. 1 bad thing: the boat trip got cancelled at the last moment, with a lame excuse. That wasn't the hotel's fault, but the captain/available boat was to blame, qua the state of the weather. Management: remove this excursion option from your website, because all other regular guests experienced this for many years already and they didn't look surprise anymore if it got cancelled. Too bad for all the people who were waiting for it. The breakfast is excellent, the option to lunch at the pool bar is extensive and good, the dinner is good, but because of the buffet the quality wasn't as high as the lunch. Other newcomers were enthousiastic too. Super friendly personnel, clean hotel and a great service. We'll be back next year. Vritomartis, thanks for a super nice vacation!

21/08/2007 We had a great time in Vritomartis. I don't understand those negative comments. I had a great time. Kind and helpful personnel. They made some jokes. Our kids liked them. A vacation to never forget. We made some new friends too.

21/07/2007 We stayed at this place for 15 days during June 2006. It started at the airport. We had to sit in a cab with a party of six while we payed for private transport. A dangerous journey through the mountains with a quiet cab driver. A poor hotel with unkind personnel. They knocked me against the floor when i was cleaning the pool with a fishing net. Lots of vermon around. They sprayed with some sort of vermon sprinkler all day long. Not very healthy. Poor food. The excursions mentioned in the brochure didn't take place. They won't see us again.
