Gouves Kato is a nice place between Heraklion and Chersonissos. The bus connections were very good. Every 30 minutes a bus will leave to Heraklion. The apartment villa Maria has a perfect location. Abour 400 meters away from the sea and you're located next to the shopping street. On the corner you can visit the supermarket from the owner of villa Maria. Rent a car, because the inland of Crete is beautiful!!!

The apartment is clean, the inventory from the kitchen is minimal. The view on the pool is good. Hard beds, but you get used to it after 1 day. The cleaning is reasonable-good. The owner isn't very friendly, but you'll get used to it. Plenty of options to get a meal. The supermarket has a lots of different articles. We were quite satisfied. The water at the pool was cold though, but we did swim in it. The water was also clean.

A nice and well kept apartment. Poor interior. Little kitchenware. We ate at restaurants. Uncomfortable beds. Clean bedding every other day. A kind owner. A lovely pool. A nice sandy beach. It's quite a walk though. We had a great time.

We stayed at this place for a week. We had a great time! Close to a busy street, no noise pollution though. A nice apartment, a lovely balcony. Good cleaning every day. They changed bedding several times. A lovely pool! The owner is a hard working man with a super market. Nice fresh buns in the morning. The beach in Gouves isn't exactly beautiful, but there are a lot mor beaches in the area to explore.

We stayed at Villa Maria for 15 days (apartment 114). Close to the shopping street and the pubs. A noisy place. A nice view at the balcony. A hard working owner with a super market and the apartments. Clean towels and bedding every other day. A nice pool, a nice sandy beach at a 800 metres distance. Lots of restaurants with good food around. We had a great time and i can recommend this place.
