23/05/2008 I really can not understand why there are too much bad reviews. We have been there the last two weeks and everything was perfect as usual (we have been here before) and I can't complain about anything, because the general impression and the location are perfect. The service is perfect, actually a bit oldfashioned, because they want to do everything for you to give you the holidayspirit and in these days where else do you still find this? It is the same when you come with childeren,the apartments are save and clean (cleaning is everyday) The people are a really good Greek Family who do their very best to make you enjoy your holiday at it's best.And if there are problems with something, they resolve this as soon as possible. (When our coffeemachine broke down they brought us a new one within 15 minutes)
If it's possible we will go back this summer.

23/05/2008 We visit the Byzantio appartment every year. And sofar, no complaints at all!
The people are so friendly there, they are child friendly as well. Yes, sometimes you are being desired to be a little quiet, but that's througout entire Greece, because of the Siesta time, which is according to Greek traditions.
And yes, sometimes there will be electricity shutdowns, but one will probably never visit something in Greece without experiencing electrical problems.
Well, that's what I've got to say about it, and I hope that more people agree with me.

03/07/2008 I have just spent another holiday here at Byzantio and it just gets better,lovely family run accommodation nothing is too much trouble,excellent rooms kept to a very high standard, will be their again next year.

23/05/2008 We have stayed at Byzantio apts for the last 10 years,the appartments are first class spacious and kept to a very high standard.Sakis Maria and their sons Vangelis and Demitris make you feel part of the family and nothing is too much trouble for them all in all it is an excellent run family hotel in a lovely quiet location

23/05/2008 We have stayed at the Byzantyio Apts many times and find it a delightful and relaxing place. The rooms are clean and well furnished,The gardens are very pleasant surrounded by woods with a footpath leading to the beautiful Valtos Beach which is a few minutes away.The Tsovilis family are extremely hospitable and friendly and their taverna situated up the hill in Parga is certainly the most atmospheric place in town to enjoy typical Greek cooking and to meet friends and chat over a glass of Ouzo and enjoy music and dancing!

10/02/2007 We went to Byzanthio for the fourth time in october. A perfect acommodation for the traveller that wants to get away from the tourist crowds. The well maintained complex is situated in a valey at 2 minutes walking distance from Valtos bay, where there is an extensive beach with several tavernes, some minimarkets and watersports facilities. The apartments are modern and clean and provided with enough inventory, except for the kitchendrawer. The owners, Maria and Sakis and their two sons, Vangelis and Dimitris run the complex on a very Greek-professional way where their hospitality and friendlyness stands out again and again. At night the family can be found in their restaurant up the mountain, where Maria as a culinary magicien makes the most delicious traditional Greek meals which her husband and sons serve on the crowded terras/square every night. a great experience

15/08/2006 The lights were broken, terrible leakage through the roof after a rainshower. Constant leaking airconditioning, Broken tap in the shower, Key that broke of in the lock, after hours of waiting we could finally get into our apartment etc etc

26/07/2006 Although we were a bit further down the road at app. Perkeme ( which we liked a lot) we were aloud to use the swimmingpool at Byzantio. The complex looked really well maintained and very neat. The staff at the swimmingpool could use some social training. They adressed everyone that made too much noise of splashed too much water in a very rude way. Close to the sea. ( 5 min.)
