Stoupa is a wonderful village tucked away from view with plenty to offer.
Friendly people, great restaurants and bars and very reasonable prices
Not likely to be to everyone`s taste, more likely to suit couples looking for a quiet holiday or young families

29/08/2011 i have never gone back to the same place before we first went to the mani in 2007 and have been back every year since i just love the area the food can not be beaten the beeches are so good u must thou hire a car i would like to bring a motorhome hear for two or three months

19/02/2010 a beautiful place to holiday if you want to get away from loud music and crowds of drunks
the village is pretty with plenty of tavernas the locals are friendly and the beaches lovely i cant recommend it enough it is idyllic we are going back in aug 2010

14/04/2009 discovered stoupa in 1984-in interim years travelled widely-know Greece pretty well, in my opinion Stoupa is the best. Friendly, great food, decent range of accomodation, no english pubs, no disco's, great cocktail bar-great view, fab beaches-3 in total, each very different. And you simply haven't lived until you have tasted dimitri's banana ice cream!!!. Probably won't appeal to teens (unless like mine been going since babies-and have built up a network of mates out there). A real mythos, ipod, sunbed kind of place.

21/02/2009 Stoupa is a wonderful village set at foot of a spectacular mountain range. With numerous tavernas, very friendly locals, small shops and three beaches it makes for the perfect greek get-a-way. If you want night clubs, kids clubs and english food don't go, it's greek all the way and I love it.

09/10/2007 we stayed in an apartment for 8 days through our touroperator, in the town of Stoupa, thought it was very good and a very beautiful area, we will certainly go back some day cause we haven´t seen it by far.

27/09/2007 Village itself is small, no tourist attractions. Calm and easy going. Enough restaurants but one ( cocktail) bar. The Mani is wonderful. On the mountainbike to the surrounding villages was very nice and easy to do! Kalogria is a beautiful beach. No waves
