18/10/2012 This hotel is simply great.. The staff/team at Residence are amazing, Reception / Cleaning / Restaurant / Bar Staff/Entertainment team all helpful, polite and obliging simply fantastic to see them all work so well together Lovely spacious clean room with a balcony The food was great something for everyone and plenty of choice Pool area was nice, always clean and something to do if you get bored around the pool eg table tennis, pool or the animation teams activities.
The hotel is in a nice location, with short walks to beach, bars and restaurants.We also rented a car from the local office Etos-great service and rates.We will definitely be returning! Thank you for a holiday to remember!

17/10/2012 My wife and i have just returned from our all inclusive holiday at the Residence Hotel. We had such a great time and didn't want to come home. All members of staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was a pleasure,lovely large living space with plasma tv and fridge.The food was nice and tasty. The hotel is very well maintained and everything is clean and tidy. Absolut bar is unique.The location was perfect being only a short distance from the beach and easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. We have been informed that for next year the hotel will be adults only-sounds interesting! We would recommend the Residence to anyone and hope it won't be too long before we return!

15/11/2012 Me and my family have been staying at the Residence for years, and we intend to carry on.
We have come to know the regular staff over the years as well as new staff, who have all been very friendly and welcoming.
The Hotel is upkept and peaceful with one min from the beach. The pools were cleaned daily, and the service of the pool bar was great! We enjoyed drinking those blue cocktails on lilos!
There is a variety of food places in the hotel e.g greek cafe, the best chinese I have ever had, the buffet and the takeaway of pizzas and Pita gyros.
Our rooms even had a kitchen and were very nice, with great view! They were clean and we were given clean bed sheets and towels daily.
The reception staff were helpful and would go out of their way to please.
The hotel's shop has everything to provide tourists.
The animation team came round the pool daily for activities. At night there was Shakir the fire eater.
The bar was fabulous with greek portion drinks, which was great!

11/11/2011 This is our third visit to Residence and it only gets better. if you are looking for a Greek island holiday, fantastic location, great views, exceptional food, and a very personal touch this is the place for you. we visited in end of Septmber this year and met some very nice people some new many were previous guests it just goes to show when such a great amount of people return year after year what a very special place this is.
One very nice additional touch this year was the addition of midnight soup, this is served on the Absolut Bar.
" A great way to end the day".
Again we had a wonderful summer holiday long days on beach (so many to choose from) or by the pool and evenings on the poolside terrace with friends new and old, well done a very special place we shall be back next year.

14/01/2012 Great relaxing vacations, great area, excellent night life. We had a great room with view to the sea. Buffet meals, good quality all inclusive meals, nice people.

Hygenic conditions are below standards and the food is not eadible. No, never again, you get beer from plastic cups.

10/09/2007 We had the best holiday you can ever imagine.
We've never come across staff who've been so friendly and helpful as they are here. We've stayed in different hotels all over the world but the service here was the best ever. We don't really have anything bad to say. Well, just one thing, the people that leave and reviews on this site about this hotel are born liars or they have really bizarre expectations of how they wanted to be treated on holiday. People here are so nice!

10/09/2007 As the list shows I am more then 100% satisfied with my stay in this truly wonderful hotel. The location is excellent. There are lots of shops, bars, restaurant, the beach and sea nearby. I am definitely going to come and stay here again next year. This is a beautiful island and I just feel that I've only scratched the surface and that there's much more to do here. Forum Hotel ... here I come !!! :-)

07/09/2007 There have been some bad reviews about this place but we don't understand why. Maybe people think that by giving the place a bad review they'll be able to book it again because nobody will want to stay there.
Everything was fine. The entertainment wasn't brilliant and there wasn't any Greek music in the restaurant or the pool. We will definitely come and stay again.

30/07/2007 Not the nicest apartment ever but still tidy. Absolutely no cockroaches or other pests. We read a lot on the forum and figured this might not have been the best choice but it wasn't too bad looking back. No creepy crawlers and the vacation was just superb!!
