26/12/2006 In July and August 2006 we stayed here for 3 weeks. No noise pollution. No clubs. Studio number 1 was sober, but very clean and had a big balcony. View on the mountains. Above the bakery, so every day fresh bread. The beach was at a 100 meters distance. The supermarket and bus stop were at a 50 meters distance. Public transport was good and cheap. Nice and clean pool that you could use at the nextdoor hotel Loannis. Good spot! A lot of taverns within walking distance and next to the beach. Not many cool places to visit in the evening. No mass-tourism. Nice meals for a reasonable price. Thassos was nice and green. Good island for strollers. Many nice and especially quiet beaches and bays. I recommend it.
