We had a wonderful 2 day stay here. We speak rubbish French, but the guy on reception was patient and spoke very good English. He couldn't have been more helpful and gave us a local map with recommendations of where we might like to go.
Room was amazing with a balcony and view over the harbour. We had asked for a bath and were given one!
Breakfast good, plenty of fruit, cereals, yoghurt for me and croissants, boiled eggs, rolls, butter, jams for my husband.
Plenty of room for parking.
We shall definitely be coming back again....

From check in on a chilly November evening to check out on the following frosty morning the service was friendly and attentive. Dinner with local wines was a delight and breakfast invigorating! The local area is rich for days and days of exploration....

Warm & friendly welcome. Lovely hotel in a great location for visiting chateaux in the Loire region. Room very comfortable and well serviced. We have visited the restaurant (Le Plantagenet) on previous occasions and have always had excellent meals, both at lunchtime and in the evening. We felt, however, on this occasion that there were issues with the restaurant service, but nothing that more training and team building wouldn't solve.
We would thoroughly recommend the hotel and the restaurant to anybody visiting the region....
