06/02/2012 On driving into the hotel it does not at all look like their promo shots! It looked drab and dreary and a hotch-potch of ugly add ons.
Inside improved a little, but the whole place seemed tired and run down.

I had a problem during my stay which wasn't dealt with well when I brought it to reception, so I asked to speak to a manager or owner. The man I spoke to has got to be the rudest person I've ever met.
There was little or no effort to be amicable or to compromise.

I found it to be overpriced and the food wasn't up to scratch.
This hotel needs to raise its game, improve its look and treat its customers better.

Never again will I stay here or recommend it to anyone.
