16/03/2007 Very beautiful surrounding area (free climbing - caves -woods - mountains - sea). Great, as long as you know how to find the restaurants and, of course, the winegrowers. Very extensive shopping malls and city centre. Close to Slovenia, Austria and Venice.

02/10/2006 Beautiful surrounding area, especially the harbour. We walked there for hours and immensely enjoyed it. We took lots of photos.

25/11/2003 Not much to do and see in Trieste, especially at night. The main square in the city centre is very beautiful, which has been renovated recently.
