The hotel is down a dark alley, sandwiched in between high buildings, so there is very little natural sunlight. Hence why the lights are on in the morning. I found the hotel hard to find on foot. Yet when advertised you are given the impression that it's in the heart of where it's all happening. I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive. It is very apparent that the staff on reception and the house keeping took pride in offering a polished professional service. Negatives There was no menu in the room. The waiter reeled off what they had over the phone. I wasn't sure what he was saying, I just took a risk. The food presented was lousy and COLD (Very substandard). I also felt the breakfast buffet was cheap tastless bland food. The food was a big disappointment for me. To sum it up, great service,CRAPfood.
