24/06/2007 A hard to reach hotel (bad directions given in the brochures as well as on the roads). A beautiful green resort. Old castle, beautifully decorated stairway. Bathroom rather small. Airco wasn't working very well because the rooms had a 4 metres high ceiling and it wasn't able to cool the whole room. Beautifull well kept swimming pool with poolbar (which was closed all the time). Tenniscourt was free of charge(as was the tennis equipment).Were bothered by noises at night (weekend parties in the restaurant or outside the castle; couldn't sleep until midnight). Extensive breakfastbuffet. Dinner: large à la carte menu, but not recommendable. A lot of money for little food and not good at all. Staff very friendly and helpful.
