19/09/2011 Belmonte Vacanze offers apartments at an excellent price/quality ratio. The apartments are decorated in typical Tuscan style and equipped with all comfort. The pool is excellent: beautiful large swimming pool with magnificent view of the Tuscan hills, separate children's pool and sufficient sun-loungers/parasols. Everything is very well maintained and neatly. The location of Belmonte is wonderful, in the small village Iano. Very quietly located, but at the same time, centrally located to the main attractions of Tuscany (San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence, Pisa, Chianti). The restaurant Antico Borgo in the village (700 m) is a definite must. There is also a second restaurant in the village as well as a mini market. The owners of Belmonte do really everything to you to make sense and are available for all questions. In addition, each week a wine tasting organised on the domain, what a nice extra. We certainly come back!

29/07/2011 Fantastic location; clean, large and very helpful owners and staff! View is fantastic and the location is perfect! Good swimming pool (with around a kind of brick making the kids couldn't slipping-super!) made many excursions from Belmonte (Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra) and with the train a day Rome is also good to do. TIP: with the HSL from Campo di Marte Florence am you within 1.5 hours at Rome Termini, with our small kids fine to do! Here We have really had an unforgettable holiday! We will certainly return sometime the coming holidays. Next year we would like to visit another region, otherwise we would be there directly again books! Eat at Antico Borgo is indicated as a tip, as well as in the old monastery in San Vivaldo (via reception books). Shops (Coop and PAM) in Montaione. Super place!!!

25/06/2011 What a wonderful park! We have been 2 x (in 2008 and in 2010 with our son who was then 6 months) and we will back. The location is really sublime. In the middle of Tuscany and many sights within 30 minutes to drive (only Firenze is located a bit further). Many small villages with surprisingly good restaurants. The park is very beautiful and equipped with all modern conveniences. It is indeed that you pay extra for many facilities, but heck, if everything including, then people would again complain about the high price. Simone (and the rest) are nice people and think well. I've considered this review not to write, because if it becomes popular than about quickly and there is perhaps no place more for us. For this year is that OK, because our son is now runs just one and a half, and the differences in altitude in the park are still not ideal for him, but we’ll go back.

13/07/2011 Belmonte Vacante meets all the demands it promises in all their descriptions and photography here on Zoover. From its location you are less than an hour away from Firenze (Florence), Siena, Pisa and the lovely medieval places of San Gigignano, Volterra. Every village has a character of its own which gives you that authentic vibe.

Belmonte itself is a car-free compound which gives you a breath taking panoramic view, and that from your own balcony and the pool. The apartments are decent and tidy, with modern facilities like WiFi and a dishwasher, but keeping that authentic look intact.

The Lotti family run a very friendly, open and honest residence. They help you with a smile and don't be surprised if they invite you for a homebrew Tuscany wine.

It's definitely a rendez-vous for us!

24/07/2011 The first thing to notice is the view. Magnificent. Our apartment had a spacious living room with kitchen, 1 large and 1 small bedroom, a medium-sized bathroom. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge oa unfortunately no oven. Microwave and air conditioning must be paid separately. Terrace with table and 6 chairs. Unfortunately no privacy in relation to the neighbors. Also inside was the room. Pool was super. Sufficient daybeds and parasols. From the park are walks. The local super brings on request fresh rolls every morning. The minisuper is in Ione, (1 km). The family restaurant Il Borgo in Ione is highly recommended. In Montaione (12 km) are 2 fairly large supers the PAM and Coop from the complex to create beautiful tours.. Very worth Volterra, San Gimigniano, Vinci, San Vivaldo. Also the views with the typical Tuscan trees, cypresses, olive trees and grape growing. With the car to Pisa and Siena. On Wednesday there was a wine and olive oil tasting at the park

28/05/2011 The park is quiet and the apartments are nicely furnished with especially spacious bedrooms and a kind of kitchen and a nice terrace. Fine beds, enough crockery, well-functioning dishwasher, neat bathroom. It was very quiet on the complex had only the first 5 days unfortunately we had four adults and a toddler above us and could hear everything. If they had been Dutch we could have understood the whole conversations literally. The view is really enchantingly! The pool is especially delicious, by the beach idea only very cold for small children. Opinion take an inflatable pool for small children (in the neighborhood is that nowhere to get). The reception is helpful and friendly, what I do find a disadvantage is that you for a microwave oven, high chair, Cot and air conditioning extra must pay. Car is a must and tasty restaurants just drive a little further beyond Iano and follow signs +/-7 km. Fine basis for excursions.
