12/10/2011 Pienza is a beautiful medeival city, but still has a lived in feel, it has not become a museum piece. There are some interesting shops, good restaurants, and a wonderful cathedral. Every first Sunday in the month there is a street market with beautiful local produce, cheeses, honey, and handicrafts.

23/05/2010 We have been in Pienza more than 15 times during the past 10 years. A stay in Pienza feels like home. Families became friends, we know many of the inhabitants and they know us.
