Complex is one of perished glory. The rooms are built in renovated horse stables, clean though with a refrigerator. Unused rooms are open with the key in the lock, anyone can go in there at night, gives you an unsafe feeling. The pool was dirty and there was no breakfast on the third day. Simply finished! Because the owner has a vineyard and grows olives as well, we got the impression that September is not the best month to stay there, there's not much attention for the guests. Only plus is that you can take the train in Foligno (25 minutes by car) to visit Rome for a day. There's just one restaurant in the village, you can only hope that it's open, there's also a bar and a tiny supermarket. September 2007.
