Even in rain the Miralago hotel is very nicely situated - only few kilometres from Cascate de Marmore, the highest waterfall in Europe. It is "built" by the Romans and very beautiful.
However, the man in the reception on guard was really a disaster - or really an example how bad service can be given. He was rude, he did not greet, he was not of any help, he was concentrating on his Facebook profile on the computer screen.
The director and the other staff was helpful - but that guy in the reception destroyed the general image.
If the management would replace him, we would gladly return.
