29/06/2008 We just came back from this camping and there were a lot of mosquitos at this place. We had to close our tent at 21:00 o'clock otherwise these mosquitos would fly in. Sprays and oils did not help a bit. I liked Chioggia and Commachio, but it was an hour drive. The tents were clean and the pool was great. A pity it was quite a walk to the marina. I can not recommend the beach on the southside with all the wreck wood lying there. The weather was lovely. This landscape is a bit similar to our Flevopolder.

16/05/2008 We stayed here last year as a family. We rented the caravan owned by Vacansoleil. The campsite, the entertainment and the pool were amazing. However, we locked ourselves in the caravan after 21.00 because of the mosquitoes. Our son was so covered in bites on his face that we had to take him to the doctor (he had an allergic reaction). It was really disappointing because the children really wanted to go to the entertainment at night. I hope there will be more activities in surrounding area because the villages like Porto Tolle were really boring. There were some nice places about an hour and a half away which I can recommend visiting. It's a shame this site isn't somewhere else (somewhere where the isn't a plague of mosquitoes) as we would definitely have come to stay here again.

28/08/2007 Spent the last two weeks of August here. The campsite is really nice and there are lots of nice things for children. There are lots of mosquitoes which were a pain!!! The area was quite disappointing. Most of the villages were deserted and finding a restaurant off site is really hard. There are some really nice places about an hour and a half away (Ravenna, Venice and Chioggia).

29/08/2007 We stayed here from the 11th - 18th of August 2007. There really were a lots of mosquitoes but using some repellent we managed. The children's pool with the soft floor was amazing. The children were entertained. We thought it was a shame that we had to drive so far to find a restaurant of some shops. The people in the restaurant should work on their English. It was almost like they didn't want to understand you.

30/09/2007 The campsite looked really nice and everything was new. The entertainment was excellent but the mosquitoes were a pain! We had to spend our evenings in the tent as the mosquito repellent just didn't work. The area wasn't very exciting. It was flat and boring.
