03/06/2012 enjoyed every minute,even though there is still building work ongoing.the staff are extremely friendly,welcoming,helpfull&imformative.
our room had an amazing sea view.
the beach is literally just across the road,there are bus stops to everywhere in malta just outside the hotel.
the food was cooked to perfection,and always found something tasty to enjoy-and so did my very picky husband!
our room was spot on!bright,gleamingly clean and everything was brand new!beds are extremely comfy,tea/coffee well stocked daily,room was cleaned by the time we returned from breakfast!even cleaning staff had a smile and happy demeaner!
the children there were well entertained and seemed to have plenty of fun!and the animation staff made sure they had a great time!
the outdoor pools are lovely,the shaded cave area /bar is a brilliant idea.the entertainment dome opened during our stay,and the animation team,including Angel,where amazing!left wondering where they get the energy!!

19/05/2008 We were avid RIU fans and were a bit worried about this hotel before we left as the reviews were negative. The hotel is a bit run down but the service (cleaners and waiters, receptionists and managers) was just amazing. As soon as you asked for something it was taken care of. The food was nice but the small buffets meant we had to queue at times. This is also down to the guests who ignore the signs stating which way the buffet goes and then proceed to go against the stream. We had an amazing week and we will definitely come and stay here again!!!

12/05/2008 We've been to Malta before and have stayed in numerous hotels over the years. However, our whole family thought the RIU Seabank was really nice. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice. The rooms were really nice and the hotel had a great atmosphere. There was a really large breakfast buffet (our daughter loved the pancakes they served) and there were lots of nice things to do and there was a lovely pool. When we complained they took care of the problem straightaway. The hotel's location was excellent. It was near the beach and near a safe crossing.

29/10/2007 First impression ( outdated hotel) Its in front of a sandy beach, with a crowded road in between. No shops in the area, deserted at night. The food not worth one riu and certainly not worth 4 stars. In the evening you could choose between having dinner at 18.00 and 20.00 hrs. Long queue. Much too small for a familyroom. 4 beds in one room, tiny balcony. Everything oriented very English. We had bad weather for 2 days and then the indoor swimmingpool comes in handy, especially for the kids, only too bad there are no toilets by the indoor pool. We have seen enough of Malta.

10/10/2007 We were here for one night, because of an overbooking so i can't say a lot about it. Situated in a very crowded area, because we arrived in the middle of the night we asked for a glass of water and they could not give us one. Very busy at breakfast and not a pleasant diningroom. Tables were in rows, they will never see me again.

23/05/2008 The rooms were really nice and were cleaned daily. The bed was broken and when we told them they gave us a new bed and apologised. The food wasn't always great but the waiters made sure the atmosphere was . The staff in the hotel are all friendly and helpful. This hotel felt like a RIU hotel aught to and it was nothing more or less than we had expected. It was very much what we are used to!!!
