Stayed at the Seacreast Hotel for a week in February 2018. While the first impressions were good, both myself and my wife fell violently ill during our stay. As we were on an all inclusive package, all the food and drink we consumed came from the hotel. We made the hotel aware of our illness but received a very unsympathetic and unprofessional response. They said that the problem was obviously of our own making as we must have brought a virus with us.
The food itself is of “canteen” quality at best and the dining room is vastly overcrowded. It’s not worth the money we paid for the all inclusive package.
Will defiantly never stay here again and would advise others to think carefully before making a booking if you want a happy and “healthy” holiday.
Defiantly one to avoid.
