18/11/2007 This hotel was fantastic! The only downside (cause everybody has something to complain about) was the fact that 85% of the guests here are American. This means that the food and the entertainment are geared towards them.

09/10/2007 This was a really nice hotel with excellent service. We stayed here from the 21st of September to the 6th of October. It was supposed to be the rainy season but there were just a couple of showers and loads of sunshine. The service in this hotel was excellent. The à la carte food and the Portofino restaurant in particular were excellent.?Ivan's service was amazing!
The room was large and the bathroom was nice.?We had a king-size bed and a hammock on the patio. What more could you ask for. The entertainment here was amazing. I can really recommend the Dreams in?Tukum.

19/02/2007 We stayed here from the 3rd - 11th of February. It was a wonderful experience. All the people working there are extremely friendly and they really spoil you. It was extremely luxurious and I felt really pampered. Everything and I mean everything was included in the all-in deal.?They even included a packed lunch you could take with you on your days out. It was a wonderful experience.
