25/06/2009 We had a wonderful time in Veracruz. Loved the balcony and swimming pool. Centro Historico is not near the beach, Veracruz is a port city, therefore, the swimming pool really made it enjoyable for us. Staff was extremely accomodating, and the bar/restaurant (Sanborn's) was really good, with 2 for 1 beers and tequila the same, between 8 and 9pm. For this price, Calinda Veracruz is a fantastic deal! I loved my stay! Thank you, Skoosh!

25/06/2009 Yes, it was fine. HOWEVER, be forewarned about using the laundry services...I naively left a bag of clothes TO BE WASHED on the bed. They came back washed, but folded on individual hangers. Some shorts. t-shirts, a towel, one sheet and underwear came to $95. Seems I failed to find a bag in the closet and a PRICE LIST PER ITEM. Look for a laundromat instead.
